Hey there, i did update Game Zombie Hunter：Survival v2.0.3 MOD FOR ANDROID | MENU MOD | DMG MULTIPLE | DEF MULTIPLE | GOD MODE | INFINITE AMMO. Now you can enjoy it

Maybe you are doing something wrong, because mine is working fine

Menu of Patch > APK Rebuilt For InApp & LVL Emulation > follow the picture below > Rebuild APP > goto > Uninstall & Install APK

I did all of that, but the app keep crashing, the original mod can play it either because of that tutorial, this mod should be just mod bullet or god mode, if there is anything else want to active the mod just checklist the mod like for other games, so for my honest opinion this mod is not working unless you play it with vmos or other virtual like that because i haven't tried it because I'm to lazy to do all of that, the mod supposedly just a simple mod just like others games.
