Peoples been using this for years now, not ban since there's specific rules to avoid that + I've been using it for a week now and no problem.
You only get ban if you too many Of certain items or if you direct edit Catfood & Rare+ tickets

But it's up to you if you know that you won't be able to follow the rules or to cheat without ruining your experience.
