Greetings Summoners,Over the last few days, we have been investigating claims of false positives and have identified a group of players we believe were unjustly banned.In this group, there are probably some true positives, but to make sure innocent Summoners aren't caught in the net we are in the process of reversing these bans for this specific subset of the banned accounts.At this point, we don't know why the system didn't work for these accounts, or why none of these false positives showed up in our test data. That investigation will probably take at least a few weeks.The accounts that received an unjust ban will receive a compensation package at some point in the next week, though our priority right now will be to continue this investigation to make sure we haven't missed anybody.We sincerely apologize to the accounts affected.
