Keep crashing on my phone. I reset the licence but I can't find the folder where it says it was saved

for those who having force close by the game, can go to your data folder and look inside. there's a file with "dumb". delete it and the game will run normally. hope this will help you all.

I have one called 'error.txt' - I'm on LDplayer.....

Try reset your license and try again. I tried install with Direct Link and 2Speed option. After multiple tries, it's work.

go to your data, look for file with "dumb" name on it. Delete it. And run the game again. Work that way from me. Hope that's helping

when u placed your license in data folder, you can see another file than your pasted license there each time after you play the game. Im using LDPlayer. Each time before play, i will go to that folder and delete that "dumb" file. And run the game several times. But sometimes can enter the game with single try after deleting that file.

Pleas creat new folder this game then put license and move on storage android obb, if notice read license error .

if you go to Android>data>com.Ludia.jw2, you can see a file name "com.ludia.jw2-dump.cs". I just delete it before playing. If you go to Android>obb>com.ludia.jw2, you can see "bmt_error.txt". Means, you're looking at different folder.
