Been using for two days now, nothing more than 5x multiplier each. Haven't been banned yet. Day one account btw. I always change the multipliers back to 1 in Arena.

If you want to cheat in this game, you have to do it as natural as possible. I made it way too obvious like clearing stage 100+ with only 1M power, and doing the same in Crumble Dungeon and Arena with my new account. I tried this on 3 new accounts in total, and all of them got banned just a couple of days later.
