Game not loading. Always stop at 60-61%. And not responding. Fix it please.

thank you for the fast update this time, Game unfortunately still crashes every time you kill any hero from the new faction (like scara) and given that they are always in tower of horror and in 90 percent of arena teams makes two very large aspects of the game unplayable....... this issue has been around since they first introduced scara

i got crash everytime play with Vans and Guardian of order too, this make very annoying. how can fix this ?

Good day!
Game still crashing every time when loading at different percent 45%,60,70.
Two times game was loaded full and then crash on top screen.
Please, fix.

i crashed many fight at tournaments. arena, raid,... even I do nothing it crash =))) so funny
i play mod unsign by Ld player5. the old verios is good but this update 2.18 is nightmare
