The game freezes during ads. Please help.

Go to setttings --> apps and then Pricess Connect, then check if draw over other apps in on. That is what enables the menu.

The game doesnt start, stuck on the initial loading screen.. Restart didnt make a difference. Is this what happens if ur banned or is this some other issue?
