How to apply refund the VIP upgrade?

The purpose of upgrade VIP is for the game Night Agent: I'm the Savior v3.531.0 , sadly the mod is not working and black screen (not only me got this problem), I would like to apply refund and I am happy to join VIP again after the mod is working.
Please let me know how to apply, thanks.
