Open the BMT jwa app as usual through Facebook. Once opened, open CHROME. Then, logoff in the settings of your BMT app. If connect with Facebook is shown, click on connect. Enter the login info. Then go to your Dinos and click on one. Go back to settings and logoff. Then, with jwa still opened...

The app will require Facebook login. You do not want Google play login Google play will get you banned if you are using a mod. Just saying.
