    Disregard. It is working now. For some reason, the DM prevents messaging ".com". That seemed to be the issue anyway. Thanks for the help!

    Is there a way to work around this or fix it on the backend without waiting? I am trying to upgrade to VIP and need some help with the payment process, which was why I was trying to contact an admin for support to begin with.

    I can't seem to be able to send a PM to anyone. When I try to, I get the error message shown in the image below. I am trying to contact an admin for support, but I can't even do that. Any ideas on what's going on?
