    What about the users like us who have already purchased VIP and MCOC does not work. I have been in communication with @rito since the day of purchase. I would recommend cancelling our VIP and giving relevant refund to all respective users.

    Eso es exactamente a lo que todo el mundo se enfrenta. Si bien le informé lo mismo al administrador, ellos creen que se debe a que todos los usuarios no siguen las "instrucciones exactas".
